    Overview

RN Digital Operations is a digital-first organization focused on building, operating, and maintaining modern digital products, solutions, and experiences.
We prioritize reliability, customization, and operational control across everything we create.

    Official Domains#

We operate under four primary domains, each with a clearly defined purpose:
rndigitaloperations.com — Primary and official domain
rndigitaloperations.live — Software demos and full product overview
rndigitaloperations.dev — Development instances and internal dev library
rndigitaloperations.space — Internal team tools and dashboards

    Domain Usage Overview#

    rndigitaloperations.com (Primary)#

    Used for:
    Company identity and public-facing presence
    Core website and documentation
    Contracts, branding, and communications
    All email services
    Select open-source project highlights
While some open-source projects may be showcased here, this domain does not represent the complete software portfolio.

    rndigitaloperations.live (Software & Demos)#

    Used for:
A complete overview of software built by RN Digital Operations
Live demonstrations of products and solutions
    Technical previews and experimentation
A library of open-source software accessible to the public
    Important notes:
.live may contain subdomains, but these are demo-only
Source code is never downloaded from .live
All source code is distributed exclusively via GitHub
.live is intended for visibility and evaluation, not distribution
Visitors looking for the full scope of our software will always be directed from .com to .live.

    rndigitaloperations.dev (Development Instances)#

    Used for:
Development instances for internal development teams
A dev-specific library mirroring the .live open-source library, but for internal development use
    Licensing transparency:
Licensed software (e.g., WHMCS or other commercial software) clearly indicates its status, links to the official provider site, and provides a “Check License” button that directs to the provider’s license verification tool
Open-source software (e.g., MIT License) clearly indicates it is open-source and provides a link to the official provider website
    Important notes:
.dev may contain subdomains, but these are strictly for development instances
All .dev subdomains are secured with web server level login and are not publicly accessible
This ensures developers can safely test, integrate, and work with both proprietary and open-source software while maintaining compliance and security.

    rndigitaloperations.space (Internal Systems & Tools)#

    Used for:
Internal team dashboards, tools, and operational systems
    Private internal APIs and endpoints
Example: connect.rndigitaloperations.space is used for requests from the cookie banner, chatbot widget, and other internal operations
    Internal-only subdomains:
.space may contain subdomains, but these are exclusively for internal use
By separating .space from .com, .live, and .dev, RN Digital Operations maintains strict operational control and security over internal resources.

    Brand & Naming Conventions#

To ensure clarity and brand consistency, we use specific naming conventions depending on the type of product or output.

    General Usage#

    RN Digital Operations
Used for company identification, documentation, websites, contracts, and most public-facing materials.

Original Creations (Merch, Media, Unique Assets)#

For original or creative works (such as merchandise, exclusive designs, or proprietary media), we use:
    An RN Digital Operations Original
Typography and font styles are not fixed
Styling is defined per project or item

    Software & Digital Products#

For software platforms, tools, and technical solutions, we use:
    An RN Digital Operations Solution
This distinction clearly separates creative originals from operational and technical products.

    Customer Support & Communication#

RN Digital Operations uses a custom-built chat bot for customer communication and support.

    Current Support Model#

Customer communication and support are handled via a custom chat bot
The chat bot is powered by the Groq API (groq.com) as the AI provider
No third-party support staff have access
The chat bot is currently in Beta and is expected to remain in Beta for the foreseeable future.

    Future Expansion#

As the project grows and sufficient funding becomes available:
Support capabilities may be expanded cautiously
Any access will be limited to explicitly authorized individuals
Operational and data control will remain a top priority
No third-party hosted support systems are currently planned.

    Data Hosting & Infrastructure#

All RN Digital Operations data is hosted in the United States
    This includes:
    Core infrastructure
    Internal systems
    Documentation platforms

    Documentation#

    Managed via a third-party service
    Hosted in the United States

    US-Based Status & Regulatory Position#

RN Digital Operations is a US-based project and operationally aligned with the United States, even though the owner currently resides in the Netherlands.

    Why the United States#

    This decision was made deliberately:
Certain European Union regulations and policy directions do not align with our long-term vision for:
    Technical autonomy
    Operational flexibility
    Infrastructure control
As a result, we have chosen to prioritize US-based companies, services, and infrastructure providers over European alternatives
The United Kingdom, while no longer part of the EU, may also be considered for specific services, but the United States remains the preferred choice
Our goal is to build RN Digital Operations as a US-oriented company/project, both technically and operationally.

    Data Processing & Compliance Approach#

    While US-based by design:
We follow United States data processing rules and practices for infrastructure, hosting, and operations
We also continue to respect and comply with GDPR requirements for EU users
    This is a conscious balance:
The EU remains close to the owner’s heart
User privacy and lawful data handling remain non-negotiable
Compliance is treated as a baseline, not a burden

    Cookies, Privacy & Compliance#

    Current Status#

Custom Cookie Banner: Active (exiting beta phase)

    Cookie Banner Behavior & Compliance#

RN Digital Operations uses a custom-built cookie banner designed with privacy-first principles.
During validation and testing, it was confirmed that:
Cookies not listed in the consent banner are automatically blocked
Users cannot be tracked or identified without explicit consent
No third-party cookies are activated unless permission is granted
This behavior demonstrates that the cookie banner:
    Enforces consent before cookie activation
Meets or exceeds the behavior of many standard cookie banner solutions
Complies with multiple privacy and data protection regulations, including GDPR
Because cookies are blocked by default, even when not explicitly listed, the system has been validated to function correctly and lawfully.

    Compliance Monitoring#

    We actively monitor compliance with:
    GDPR
Other applicable privacy and data protection regulations
User privacy and legal compliance always take priority over experimentation.

    Partners, Third-Party Software & Licensing#

RN Digital Operations does not participate in reselling, affiliate programs, or software distribution of any kind.

What we explicitly do not do#

We do not resell software or services
We do not participate in affiliate programs
We do not distribute, share, or give away license keys or access codes
We do not bundle or redistribute proprietary or licensed software
We do not act as a commercial intermediary between users and vendors

    Scope of Partnerships#

Any partnership involving RN Digital Operations is strictly limited to:
Third-party software or services we actively use
    Vendor-provided licenses that are:
    Discounted
    Fully provided
Explicitly marked as development, testing, or internal-use
All partnerships are established directly with the original software or service provider.

    Use of Licensed & Third-Party Software#

Licensed or third-party software is used only within RN Digital Operations–controlled environments and solely for:
    Internal operations
    Development and testing
    Compliance-related functionality
    Customer communication and support
Building addons, themes, extensions, and integrations
Licensed or proprietary software is never redistributed or exposed.

    Open-Source Software Usage#

    Any open-source code released:
    Contains no proprietary software
    Is safe to use independently
    Is accessible to everyone

    Funding & Independence#

RN Digital Operations is a fully self-funded initiative.
    No sponsors
    No donations
    No monetization
    No income of any kind
All costs are paid entirely by us.
This project exists purely out of passion for technology, engineering, and digital craftsmanship, with full independence and complete operational control.
